The device is intended for mechanical removal of pits from dried plums after blanching. The plum is installed manually, vertically on the rubber ring under the pusher. In this position, the pits is removed from the fetus in the most qualitative and safe manner.

Dried plum pitting machine is activated by pressing the pedal, which drives the pusher, which removes the pit. After stopping pressing the pedal, the pusher returns to the upper position with the help of a spring.

The device is delivered in disassembled form. The size of the box is: 600x800x300 mm. Up to 12 devices can be stacked on a europallet.
