Dough sheeter La Monferrina Nina

NINA is an easy-to-use multi-functional tabletop machine that can produces 170mm width pasta sheet with a variable thickness and tagliatelle having two different widths: 2mm and 6mm. Upon request, NINA can be equipped with an additional unit for cut noodles of special sizes (1.5-4-8-24 mm) and noodles with a jagged-edge (12-18-24 mm). NINA is available in two models: 170 and 250. They differ in sheet width of rolled dough (170 mm and 250 mm). When installing special accessories, the machine provides a kneading dough (Kneading Unit), production of ravioli 20X20; 34X40; 40X50; 70X70X70 mm (Ravioli Unit), gnocchi (Gnocchi Unit), and also production of classic Italian fresh pasta (Press Unit). It has an anodized aluminum frame, all parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel; the machine is equipped with an emergency button and a power indicator. It meets the requirements of safety standards in accordance with applicable standards. Technical specifications depend on the modification of the machine.
