The DELTA ZERO pulping machine for pitting and grinding is designed for small-scale production. The machine ensures complete separation of the pulp from the inner pit and simultaneously grinds the fruit, creating a final product suitable for fermentation, jam making, and fruit juice production (thanks to the execution of several stages). The ability to install screens with different hole sizes ranging from 0.6 to 12 mm allows the machine to be used with various types of produce, including: cherries, plums, apricots, apples, pomegranates, prickly pears, tomatoes, aronia berries, wild berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, sea buckthorn), olives (for making pâté).

The feed hopper is equipped with a metering auger, and the internal shaft features adjustable rubber blades. Non-edible parts (pits, seeds, and peels) are removed at the front of the machine, while the processed product is always discharged from the bottom. 

The fruits to be processed should be ripe and soft; if they are not, we recommend soaking them in hot water for 30 minutes before processing.
