Pulping machine Enoitalia DELTA 1 • 801

The Enoitalia DELTA 1 pulping machine for pitting and pulping, made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, is designed for small and medium-sized operations. The machine ensures complete separation of the pulp from the pits while simultaneously pulping the fruit, producing a final product suitable for fermentation, jam making, and fruit juice production (thanks to the execution of several stages). The ability to install screens with hole sizes ranging from 0.6 to 12 mm allows the machine to be used for various types of produce, including: cherries, plums, apricots, peaches, apples, pomegranates, prickly pears, tomatoes, aronia berries, and olives (for pulp extraction).

The feed hopper is equipped with a metering screw, and the internal shaft features adjustable rubber blades. The inedible parts (pits, seeds, peel) are discharged at the front of the machine, while the processed product is discharged at the bottom via a DIN 80 fitting for connection to suction pumps. Additionally, when connected to a ROTOFILTER machine, the discharge hopper is modified using a special connecting channel between the two machines.

Disassembling the machine is very simple: it features both a top cover and the ability to remove the filter through the drain guard.

The machine can process fruit up to 12 cm in diameter. The fruit should be ripe and soft; if not, we recommend blanching it in hot water for 30 minutes before processing.
