P.NUOVA is a combined, multi-functional machine which is used for kneading and rolling dough. As additional nozzles, a device making ravioli, noodles, gnocchi of various sizes, short-cut and long pasta. P.Nuova can knead and sheet pasta at the same time. Its operation is very simple and practical; it can be fully disassembled for a fast cleaning and maintenance. It is made of anodized aluminium in its external structure and the parts that are in contact with pasta are made of stainless steel; it respects all accident prevention regulation in force. Optional accessories: 1. Noodle Unit 170mm: it produces tagliatelle in three different formats: tagliolini (2 mm), tagliatelle (6 mm), and pappardelle (12 mm). Special cuts (1,5 - 4 - 8 - 24 mm) and jagged-edge cuts (12 - 18 - 24 mm) are available on request. 2. Ravioli Unit 170mm: it carry out the production of perfect ravioli strips in the available shapes. The ravioli group has a fixed mould integrated with the machine and once the size has been chosen (mm 20X20, 34x40, 40x50, 70x70x70), this cannot be changed unless you buy another Ravioli Set. To produce different shapes and sizes of ravioli with interchangeable ravioli moulds, it is necessary to buy the Multipasta accessory instead of the Ravioli Set. 3. Pasta Unit: It carries out the production of all kinds of extruded pasta by simply replacing the extruding die (there are bronze dies to get a pasta more rough and dies in PTFE for a more lucid and transparent pasta). Complete with a rotating knife cutter for short pasta. 4. Gnocchi Unit: it carries out the production of gnocchi made of potatoes or potatoes flakes in various dimensions and additional ingredients such as tomatoes or spinaches. 5. Multipasta: MULTIPASTA is a multifunctional unit that can be assembled with for different machines of our assortment, with a system of interchangeable dies, for making ravioli from two sheets, noodles and dumplings (gnocchi) of various formats. You can add tomatoes or spinach to the dough. It is fitted with an automatic filling regulation system for ravioli and an automatic pasta sheet thickness regulation system for tagliatelle. MULTIPASTA group can be combined with P.NUOVA, CILINDRO 170, PIDUE, P6, P12 machines. The assembly of all the accessories is simple and practical.
