Art.: FLR-01010The BB30 automatic machine for filling individual pouches. Designed for filling wine, oil, food liquids such as creams and sauces, purees, and industrial liquids (soap, lubricating oils, etc.).
The machine is made of stainless steel and features a wide roller surface for guiding containers. The filling cycle is fully automatic: the machine performs all operations, including opening, closing, vacuuming, inert gas flushing, and filling. The operator can configure the operations according to their needs. A special sealing system keeps the container hermetically sealed throughout all filling stages, reducing oxidation and contamination of the filled product. Under vacuum, the operator only needs to position the package and monitor the progress of the various operations.
The machine is equipped with automatic disinfection programs using both detergents and steam at a temperature of 110 °C (requires a compatible kit). A stainless steel valve is included as standard for the CIP washing circuit. A fully enclosed, drip-proof valve ensures that no liquid leaks out after filling is complete.
The standard self-priming positive displacement pump with a rubber impeller ensures: high flow rate; the ability to fill from any container; stable flow; a pressure relief valve; and a general drain valve for emptying the filling circuit. The option to install special pneumatic adapters allows for the use of bags with different types of lids, in addition to the standard VITOP bags.
Hot filling is available as an option.
