FLUIDA MVE is an electronic filling machine designed for dispensing viscous and non-food viscous liquids, including OILS, CREAMS, JAMS, SOAPS, and INDUSTRIAL CLEANING AGENTS.

This machine is suitable for all semi-automatic filling needs for products into containers made of any material (glass, aluminum, PVC) with a capacity ranging from 100 ml to 5 liters (capacities up to 30 liters are available upon request), as well as into Bag-in-Box pouches with a capacity of up to 5 liters.

The equipment is delivered ready for use. Filling is fully automatic: automatic container detection, machine start, deceleration, and stop. The operator must select a preset recipe by simply turning the corresponding selector switch, adjust the height of the filling head according to the type of container being used, and press the "Start" button. The filling speed can be adjusted at any time using the corresponding potentiometer. Filling is performed using a self-priming positive displacement pump with a rubber impeller, available in 1,000- and 4,500-liter versions (equipped with a bypass to reduce pressure).
