OPTIMA is a professional dispenser with a self-learning function, designed for dispensing food or industrial products, filtered or semi-viscous liquids, capable of meeting a wide range of requirements regarding container capacity, filling speed, fill level accuracy, and the type of container used. There are several applications: food liquids (OIL, WINE, JUICES), cosmetics (ESSENTIAL OILS), CLEANING LIQUIDS (including alcohol-based ones). The minimum capacity is 8 milliliters, while the maximum capacity is limited only by the size of the container used, which must be compatible with the equipment’s dimensions. It is possible to fill glass, aluminum, PET bottles, and flexible containers.

Filling is fast and fully automatic: the operator simply selects the container to be filled and starts the machine, deciding whether to run multiple filling cycles or just one. Setting up different filling formats takes just a few seconds using the NEW feature.

The machine is available in a version designed for filling and sealing flexible containers, such as Dosypack. The bags are loaded manually; filling is performed automatically with dosing, as described above; the bags are sealed using a suitable pneumatic sealer.
