The Spagni DOS P30000NC weigh-filling machine operates across a wide range of container sizes: from small vials to canisters weighing up to 30 kg. It is mounted on a stainless steel trolley with a protective housing.
Principle of operation
The container is weighed during filling, whilst a rubber vane pump operates until the set weight is reached. At the end of the cycle, the machine automatically switches to a second, slower speed for top-up filling; this speed is adjusted via a potentiometer. There are 12 programmes and two anti-drip nozzles: a large one for 3 and 5 litres and a small one for doses up to 150 ml. A protective cover on three sides (NC version) encloses the filling area.
