PROFRUIT impeller pump on a trolley, with flow meter
A mobile pump with a rubber impeller gently transfers and precisely doses juices, purées, pulp and other semi-viscous products without damaging their structure, even in the presence of suspended particles. The Delta PLC-based touchscreen control panel with automatic software dosing and a built-in IFM electromagnetic flow meter enable precise measurement and control of the volumes of product being pumped. The compact, mobile stainless-steel trolley with sanitary connections can be easily moved around the production hall and quickly connected to any point on the production line. An optional filling nozzle for bag-in-box containers or drums makes the equipment a versatile solution for the filling and metered dispensing of liquid and semi-liquid products.
