Homogenizer PROFRUIT
The ProFruit juice homogeniser ensures a perfectly uniform product consistency without separation or sedimentation of solid particles — which is crucial for high-quality juice and purées with a long shelf life. With a capacity of 1,000–3,000 litres per hour (depending on operating pressure), the equipment is suitable for medium and large-scale production facilities. Hydropneumatic pressure control ensures process stability, whilst a digital pressure sensor with a ceramic diaphragm and a flow alarm guarantee safe and precise operation. The homogeniser is installed prior to pasteurisation and significantly improves the organoleptic properties and marketable appearance of the finished juice or purée.

The standard terms of delivery are FCA Uzhhorod, 15 Babiaka Street (INCOTERMS 2020). Prices in UAH are calculated on the basis of the National Bank of Ukraine’s official exchange rates on the date the payment documents are provided.
