ITALGI Ø75 dies for Estro and Multipla extruders.
The die determines the shape of the pasta — one die produces one pasta shape. Dies with Teflon inserts produce a smooth, glossy surface on the pasta, whilst standard bronze dies produce a rough surface that holds sauce better.
Special dies not listed in the catalogue are made to order — price on request.

The standard terms of delivery are FCA Uzhhorod, 15 Babiaka Street (INCOTERMS 2020).
