Zottel variable-volume tank with 4 taps
The Zottel variable-volume tank is essential equipment for small and medium-sized wineries where batch sizes vary from harvest to harvest. The floating lid lowers in line with the product level, so the tank operates equally effectively whether it is full or partially filled — without the need for topping up and without surface oxidation. Food-grade stainless steel with a mirror-polished interior is easy to clean and does not impart any foreign flavours. Four taps at different levels — a design for large batches where decanting is carried out in stages. Capacities range from 1,500 to 3,300 litres. Manufactured by Zottel d.o.o. (Slovenia), with a 12-month warranty.
