Extruder for pasta production La-Monferrina Dolly
Dolly is a small countertop La Monferrina (Italy) extruder (press) for pasta. The machine kneads any kind of flour in its own tank and extrudes the dough through an interchangeable die, so both long and short pasta are made simply by changing the die.
