The BB20 bag-in-box liquid filling machine is the ideal solution, meeting the following requirements: SIMPLICITY, PRECISION, HYGIENE, and SIZE. 

The filler automatically performs the filling cycle: start, filling, stop, nitrogen injection. The operator selects the format and controls the device for removing and installing the cap, monitoring the progress of the various filling stages on the display. It can be used to fill the following liquids: wine, fruit juices, oils, ice cream, cream, etc. Filling can be performed at room temperature or via hot filling. In this case, special accessories are provided for connecting the filling machine to pasteurizers: storage and concentration tanks with level sensors; a temperature control kit at the bag inlet. 

The electronic control panel allows you to monitor and control all stages of the filling process, ensuring repeatability of fill volumes with an accuracy of ±5 ml.

The machine includes all components required for operation: a self-priming electric pump with a capacity of 4,500 l/h, an oil-free compressor with noise damping and flow sensors of various types. All that is needed to operate it is a connection to the mains.
The filler meets all hygiene requirements: it uses a drip-free filling valve; the pipes are fully emptied via a drain valve located on the pump; preset programmes are available for disinfection with detergents or with steam at 110 °C.
