Pitting machine HARVER DM200-C for cherries (100 kg/hour)
HARVER DM200-C – a machine for the precise removal of stones from cherries and sweet cherries of various sizes. The machine’s output depends on the size of the fruit and averages 80–100 kg per hour.
The machine is almost entirely made of food-grade stainless steel (AISI 304), as well as polyacetal and duralumin. Its design complies with all current safety and health and hygiene standards and is suitable for use in food industry enterprises and workshops. The machine can be dismantled into removable components for cleaning and maintenance.
The HARVER DM200-C is an industrial-grade machine designed for use in confectionery and bakery workshops, as well as in small enterprises specialising in fruit freezing or the production of dried fruit.
