ITALGI P400 pasta extruder
Art.: GD-150219 ITALGIFor the large-scale industrial production of extruded pasta, Italgi designs and manufactures continuous-action extruders featuring robust mechanics, high flexibility, compact dimensions and a sturdy construction.
Pasta is produced continuously, and all production parameters can be easily adjusted. Low rotational speeds and reduced extrusion temperatures ensure the impeccable quality of the final product.
On request, the machines can be fitted with full vacuum technology to achieve a more compact product texture.
Ingredients are dosed continuously using a flour dosing unit and positive displacement pumps for liquids. To ensure a perfectly homogeneous mixture, the ingredients are first pre-mixed in a centrifuge and then blended in a mixing hopper; the dough is then extruded by a high-efficiency screw made of special steel.
The machines are supplied complete with a platform and handrails, steps, a non-slip sheet metal footplate, raw material feeders and an automatic waste disposal system.
