Combined pasta-making machine La-Monferrina PIDUE

The PIDUE is an automatic dough sheeter with one or two mixing tanks for producing sheets of dough 168 mm wide and 2.5 mm thick.

The PIDUE with extruder is an automatic dough-rolling machine with two dough mixers: the upper dough mixer is fitted with an extrusion head for all types of pasta, by changing the die. By fitting the extruder with bronze dies (producing pasta with a rougher surface) or Teflon dies (producing pasta with a smoother surface).

The machine can be fitted with a ravioli die, a gnocchi die and a noodle-cutting die.
