HEAT 1000 diesel/gas pasteuriser
A gas/diesel pasteuriser pasteurises various liquids prior to the bottling process. The liquid enters a tubular coil surrounded by hot water. The heat from the water warms the liquid and destroys bacteria.
One of our greatest achievements in the field of mechanical engineering is the energy-saving solution integrated into our pasteurisers. It saves up to 15–20 per cent on heating energy and results in incredibly low heating costs. Calculations show that pasteurising 1 litre of liquid costs up to 2 eurocents.
Hourly output: 900–1,250 litres of heated juice at a temperature of 80 ºC (176 °F).
- The pasteuriser is suitable for heating various liquids, including viscous ones: juice, purée, wine, stock, milk and others.
- The pasteuriser’s maximum heating temperature is 90 ºC (194 °F).
- Our pasteurisers are fitted with top-quality German GIERSCH diesel and gas burners.
- The heating capacity is 110 kW.
- The pasteurisers’ heating chambers are coated with a special heat-insulating paint, which maintains high temperatures for longer and increases heating capacity.
- The diesel/gas pasteuriser has a digital thermostat that ensures automatic control of the water temperature.
- Automatic juice temperature control allows you to easily adjust the filling temperature via the digital display.
- The pasteuriser is quick and easy to clean. It can be cleaned using the Clean-in-Place (CIP) method together with our Bag-in-Box fillers.
- The boiler has a built-in coil. This saves space and prevents heat loss whilst pumping water to the external heat exchanger. As a result, this technology saves up to 15–20 per cent on heating energy.
