Diesel pasteurizer Enoitalia

Art.: PST-01002 Enoitalia

Enoitalia stainless steel pasteurizer for fruit juices and low-viscosity liquids, with a built-in diesel burner. Heat exchange takes place via a coaxial tube immersed in a tank of heated water. The automatic control system allows you to set the water temperature and monitor the temperature of the liquid at the outlet.

Most bacteria exposed to high temperatures are inactivated, which ensures longer shelf life of the liquid. A bypass circuit recirculates the product back into the heat exchanger if the outlet temperature does not meet the required level or if an external signal opens the check valve (e.g., a float switch). The unit is equipped with a pump featuring an EPDM rubber impeller, a diesel burner, a steel support platform, and a control panel for temperature adjustment.
