Combined pasta-making machine La-Monferrina Multipasta
Multipasta is a multifunction interchangeable La Monferrina (Italy) unit producing ribbon ravioli (double sheet) and tagliatelle with interchangeable moulds, plus gnocchi in various shapes. Filling quantity for ravioli and sheet thickness for tagliatelle are adjustable.
The unit fits the PNuova, Cilindro, PiDue, P6 and P12 machines and makes ravioli of different sizes with soft fillings of vegetables, cheese, meat or a mix of them.
