Zottel variable-volume tank with 3 taps
The Zottel variable-volume tank is essential equipment for small and medium-sized wineries where batch sizes vary from harvest to harvest. The floating lid lowers in line with the product level, so the tank operates equally effectively whether it is full or partially filled — without the need for topping up and without surface oxidation. The food-grade stainless steel with a mirror finish on the inside is easy to clean and does not impart any foreign flavours. Three taps at different levels allow you to draw wine off the lees in stages, take samples and completely empty the tank. Capacities range from 300 to 1,100 litres. Manufactured by Zottel d.o.o. (Slovenia), with a 12-month warranty.
