Zottel mash tun without a cooling jacket
The Zottel must tank is essential equipment for the maceration of crushed grapes before or during fermentation. The large rectangular manhole allows for convenient loading and unloading of the solid mass, whilst the floating lid keeps the surface airtight. Capacities range from 300 to 10,000 litres, with a 12-month warranty; manufactured by Zottel d.o.o. (Slovenia).

The standard terms of delivery are FCA Uzhhorod, 15 Babiaka Street (INCOTERMS 2020).
