Zottel mash tun with cooling jacket (closed)
The version with a cooling jacket combines airtight storage with temperature control during maceration — a critical factor for colour and tannin quality. There are two jacket versions to choose from: standard or S-shaped (cooling the lower section specifically, where the pomace is concentrated). Capacities range from 300 to 3,300 litres, with a 12-month warranty; manufactured by Zottel d.o.o. (Slovenia).
