The Zottel vinificator with plunger — a gentle, controlled punch-down process for high-quality red wines: a pneumatic cylinder submerges the cap of the must according to a set schedule, without exerting excessive mechanical pressure on the grapes. Optionally available with a pump and spray nozzle to combine submersion and remontage. Capacities 1,100–5,000 litres, 12-month warranty, manufactured by Zottel d.o.o. (Slovenia).

The standard terms of delivery are FCA Uzhhorod, 15 Babiaka Street (INCOTERMS 2020).
