Wire hooding machine Spagni PM09
The PM09 is a Spagni manual machine for fitting mushroom-head caps to bottles, designed to accommodate a wide range of bottle sizes, from 0.33 to 12 litres. A stainless steel version, the PM09I, is also available.
How it works
The operator uses a manual clamp and a screw-on device: they clamp the cork and screw on the cage. The head is made of PVC. It differs from the PM08 in that it accommodates a significantly wider range of bottle sizes, including large formats. The manufacturer recommends it for small and medium-sized production facilities handling up to 10,000 bottles.
