Bag-in-Box Filler Enoitalia BB40 (with a pump capacity of up to 9,300 L/h) • 9440

The BB40 automatic filling machine is designed for filling individual or continuous bags; it is intended for filling food liquids (wine, oil, fruit juices), viscous liquids (cream, sauces), and industrial liquids (lubricants, soap). Filling is possible at liquid temperatures up to 100°C.

The machine is made entirely of stainless steel and features a large roller surface for guiding the bags (adjustable for volumes ranging from 10 to 20 liters) and four wheels for transport and positioning. The filling cycle includes: opening, dosing, vacuum, nitrogen, and closing. The operator controls the cycle and separates the filled containers from those being filled.

The use of special pumps ensures easy and quick start-up of the machine, a steady flow and gentle handling of the liquid being pumped. The filling equipment can be fitted with various alternative types of pumps or automatic systems

The control panel allows you to manage all stages of filling, adapting the machine to any type of liquid being processed (wine, oil, juices, creams). Filling is possible in automatic, manual or step-by-step mode.

Full protection during use thanks to safety barriers and start buttons. The machine is equipped with automatic disinfection programmes using both detergents and steam at 110 °C (the corresponding kit is required).
The equipment is reliable thanks to the use of standard SIEMENS electrical components, stainless steel inductive sensors, laser optics for cap placement and pneumatic components from leading brands
