Filler Enoitalia BB200 • 9460
Art.: FLR-01016 EnoitaliaThe BB200 filling machine is designed for the hot filling of 200-litre aseptic bags into drums. The machine’s frame and positioning mechanism allow the bags to be placed in the drums on a pallet and filled. The filling head can be positioned above the selected drum. A vertical pneumatic positioning system ensures that the bags are filled without the formation of air bubbles or pockets.
The filling process is fully automated. When a bag is placed in the machine, it grips the neck, releases the fastening, performs a vacuum test, fills the bag, adds nitrogen and automatically seals the neck. The parameters are programmed via a touchscreen.
