Bottle filler Spagni RI MK
The Spagni RI MK low-profile linear gravity-fed filler is designed for filling fresh milk into glass and PET bottles. It is a variant of the RI series intended for small-scale dairy producers and farms.
How it works
The milk enters a stainless-steel tank fitted with a mechanical float that maintains a constant level, and flows by gravity into the bottles through a row of spouts. For the machine to operate, the milk must be fed from a height of just over 80 cm above the spouts; no pump is required. Any excess milk is returned by gravity via a Ø48 mm hose to a storage or cooling tank. Unlike the taller RI MAK model, the feed here is solely by gravity from a low height.

Applications
The spouts can be dismantled for washing and sterilisation, and the design is suitable for washing in accordance with HACCP requirements. Suitable for glass and PET bottles in small and medium-sized dairy production facilities.
