Bottle filler Spagni RI M
The Spagni RI M low-profile linear gravity-fed filler is designed for filling glass bottles with wine, vinegar, beer, soft drinks and other liquids with a density similar to that of water. This is the basic model in the RI series, featuring a simple design.
Principle of operation
The liquid is fed into an AISI 304 stainless steel tank, where a mechanical plastic float maintains a constant level. From the tank, it flows by gravity – without a pump or pressure – through the spouts into the bottles, thereby preserving the aroma and flavour. The level in the bottle is set by spacers. The low-profile model requires a feed height of over 80 cm, unlike the RI MA (over 150 cm) and the RI MEA (with a built-in pump).

Applications
For wineries, vinegar producers and other small-scale production facilities where the tank can be positioned above the spouts. For thicker liquids, the manufacturer offers the RP filler; a swivel support is available for PET bottles.
