Bottle filler Spagni RI MC

The Spagni RI MC linear filler combines bottling and filtration in a single unit. The machine is designed for wineries that filter through cardboard filters and bottle directly into glass bottles.

How it works

A built-in electric pump feeds the liquid through a paper filter into a tank with a constant level, from which it fills the bottles by gravity. The 20×20 cm filter is designed to hold 10, 20 or 30 filter cartridges. No separate pump or additional filtration line is required. A 24 V electronic level switch that controls the valve is available as an option. This combination distinguishes the RI MC from the rest of the series: the RI MEA has a pump but no filter.

Applications

For small and medium-sized wineries where compactness is important: filtration and bottling are carried out on a single trolley. The manufacturer also offers the RI MC monoblock with an AIRSUG corker for dry-type corks.
