Bottle filler Spagni RI PNEUMA
The Spagni RI PNEUMA pneumatic filler on a trolley is designed for filling glass and PET bottles with liquids containing a high alcohol content. It is the preferred choice in situations where an electric machine would need to comply with ATEX requirements.
Principle of operation
The machine is fully pneumatic: the liquid is fed into the tank by a built-in A316 pneumatic diaphragm pump; the inlet pressure is adjustable and the level in the tank is maintained automatically. The bottle rests on a fixed tubular support, and the nozzles have a side outlet of Ø14 mm. There are no electrical components in the filling zone, making the machine well-suited for alcohol-containing products. The manufacturer does not claim ATEX certification.
