La Monferrina P50 pasta extruder
Art.: GD-020220 La-MonferrinaThe P50 extruder is an automatic and reliable machine. It can knead any type of flour and produce both long and short pasta shapes, thanks to the quick changeover of the die. This is a medium-capacity machine.
The extruder is easy to operate and is made entirely of stainless steel; it is fitted with a control panel in accordance with current safety regulations.
Scope of supply:
- 1 bronze die (to be selected from the catalogue);
- 2 dough mixers;
- one pasta sieve;
automatic cutting unit with variable speed control and stainless steel blades (for short pasta only);
- a fan (for drying the pasta);
- stainless steel press trolley on wheels;
- water cooling

How it works
The kneading tank mixes flour or semolina with liquid; the screw feeds the dough to the extrusion head with the die and an automatic variable-speed cutter cuts short pasta. Head and die are water-cooled. Shaft and screw come apart for cleaning. A bronze die gives a rougher pasta surface, a PTFE die a smooth, glossy one.
Interchangeable units and options
Options: chiller for cooling the extrusion head; bronze dies or dies with PTFE inserts. The line can be completed with dryers.
