The DELTA 2 pulping machine for pitting and pulping, made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, is designed for industrial production. The machine ensures complete separation of the pulp from the inner pit and simultaneously pulverizes the fruit, creating a final product suitable for fermentation, jam making, and fruit juice production (thanks to a multi-stage process). The ability to install screens with different hole sizes ranging from 0.6 to 12 mm allows the machine to be used with various types of produce: cherries, plums, apricots, peaches, mangoes, apples, pomegranates, prickly pears, tomatoes, aronia berries, and olives (for pulp extraction).

The feed hopper is equipped with a dosing screw, and the internal shaft features adjustable rubber blades. Non-edible parts (pits, seeds, peel) are discharged from the front of the machine, while the finished product is discharged from the bottom. 

The Delta 2 machine can be customized to meet customer requirements, making it suitable for complex tasks (such as processing mangoes). The machine’s extremely robust construction makes it suitable for demanding applications, and it can process fruit up to 18 cm in diameter (with special feed hoppers). The fruit being processed must be ripe and soft; if not, we recommend running it through hot water for 30 minutes before processing.
