The ProFruit washing-elevator, with a capacity of 3,000 kg/h, is a stand-alone solution for the thorough washing and conveyance of fruit and vegetables without a crushing function, making it the ideal choice when the crusher is installed separately. The V-shaped tank, together with the water jet system, ensures effective cleaning of the produce as it is conveyed upwards to the next stage of processing — destoning or pressing. AQUA 3000 — a ProFruit washing machine with a capacity of 3,000 kg/hour for the gentle cleaning of apples, pears, carrots, citrus fruits, mangoes, peaches, apricots, pomegranates and similar fruits. A special set of brushes gently cleans the surface of the produce without damaging it, whilst a continuous fresh water circulation system ensures a hygienic process. The ProFruit industrial peeler, washer and polisher is a versatile solution for washing, peeling and polishing potatoes, carrots, ginger, beetroot and other root vegetables, with a capacity of up to 1,500 kg/hour. Nylon brush rollers gently remove the skin, preserving as much of the product’s flesh as possible and minimising waste. The built-in spray system ensures effective washing whilst saving water, and the stainless steel construction meets the highest hygiene standards.
