Corking unit Spagni AIR RASO • 20591a

AIR RASO — a compact, fully pneumatic Spagni corking machine for round corks. Its small size and light weight make it easy to move around, making it ideal for small wineries and bottling plants.

How it works

The cork is manually loaded into the cassette, after which two pneumatic actuators insert it into the bottle neck by compression. The machine is powered by a compressor via a pressure reducer, which is included in the kit. Compared to the AIRSUG, it is even smaller and simpler: there is no hopper, and corks are fed manually; however, its output is around 300 bottles per hour.
