Corking unit Spagni JUGO PNEU • 20503e

JUGO PNEU — a semi-automatic Spagni pneumatic corking machine for mushroom corks. Designed for small and medium-sized wineries, particularly producers of sparkling wines.

How it works

The machine is operated by a pneumatic lever: compressed air does the bulk of the work, so the strain on the operator is minimal. The piston speed is adjustable, allowing the settings to be tailored to the specific cork and bottle. Unlike the manual JUGO and REGINA models, the force is generated by a pneumatic system; it differs from the BAMBY in that it has a simpler drive mechanism without an electric motor: all that is required is a compressor.
