ICB MULLY TOP Mixer
Art.: CND-13008 ICBMULLY TOP – a melanger with stone millstones, designed for grinding the crushed cocoa beans. Thanks to the slow grinding process, it produces excellent final results. Whilst the cocoa beans are being ground, you can add sugar, cocoa butter and any other ingredients to create your desired chocolate product.
This compact, professional mill can also be used to produce marzipan, pâté, hummus, urbech (pastes made from apricot stones and coconut pulp, pastes made from sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds, pastes made from linseed, hemp seeds, chia and poppy seeds, and pastes made from milk thistle), as well as nut butters (production of peanut butter, pastes made from walnuts and pine nuts, pistachio paste, and pastes made from hazelnuts and cashews). The finished products are used in confectionery and the manufacture of ice cream, as well as for making creams.
Additionally, a device is available for discharging the contents of the melanger bowl into a stainless-steel container.
