Spagni RI·M AIRSUG Filling and Sealing Machine
RI·M AIRSUG — Spagni monoblock: a pump, a linear gravity filler and an AIRSUG pneumatic capping unit for bottles with flat stoppers. The bottles and stoppers are loaded manually.
Principle of operation
A sump fitted with a 230 V electric pump and a 20 × 20 cm cardboard filter feeds the liquid through 14 mm diameter nozzles; a mechanical float maintains the liquid level. The bottle is then capped by the AIRSUG: the stopper is gripped by four jaws and inserted into the neck. Stoppers are fed manually from a column, approximately 10 at a time; a hopper is optional. Models differ in the number of filling stations (3, 4 or 6).
