Spagni BERNA cardboard filter
The Spagni BERNA cardboard filter is a tabletop model designed for 20 × 20 cm cardboard sheets, suitable for small volumes and domestic use.
How it works
The liquid passes through a stack of cardboard sheets, which are compressed by two handwheels. The frame is made of painted steel, the plates are made of food-grade plastic, there is a plastic drip tray, a pressure gauge at the inlet, and Ø20 mm plastic fittings. Models 06 and 10 are available in two versions: S without a pump and E with a 230 V bronze electric pump. This model differs from the SYDNEY and MONACO models in that it has a painted steel frame and a simpler configuration.
