The La-Monferrina C1 is a small-capacity automatic machine for producing rectangular (strip) pancakes using a variety of recipes. The pancakes can be sweet or savoury, made from any type of flour (such as wholemeal), and so on. Recommended for use in restaurants, canteens, cafés and shops selling freshly prepared products or semi-prepared foods. The machine complies with all current safety standards.

How it works

Batter from a 3-litre plastic container is applied to a heated rotating drum enclosed by a protective metal grid. A strip of batter forms on the drum and is taken by a conveyor belt. The strip width is determined by an interchangeable feed tray: 160 or 200 mm (product variants). A timer sets the length of the rectangular crêpe (minimum 20 mm) and how often batter is applied, while a digital controller on the control panel sets and holds the drum temperature. Any recipe works: sweet or savoury, made from any type of flour, including wholemeal.
