The La-Monferrina C1 is a small-capacity automatic machine for producing round pancakes using a variety of recipes. The pancakes can be sweet or savoury, made from any type of flour (such as wholemeal), and so on. Recommended for use in restaurants, canteens, cafés and shops selling freshly prepared products or semi-prepared foods. The machine complies with all current safety standards.

The machine’s frame is made of stainless steel
The drum on which the pancakes are cooked is made of heat-conductive, wear-resistant alloy steel
The machine is fitted with a timer that regulates the frequency at which batter is applied to the hot drum
It can operate continuously
The pancakes are cooked without the use of sunflower oil
