Pancake maker La-Monferrina C4 for rectangular crepes (380V)
Art.: HFP-02017 La-MonferrinaThe C4 model machine is designed to produce ready-to-eat rectangular pancakes. First, the machine fries a strip of dough 640 mm wide, which is then automatically cut into rectangular shapes of the required size.
The machine is supplied with a 50-litre dough container, from which the dough is pumped onto the machine.
The machine is fitted with a ‘cutting unit’, which ensures longitudinal and transverse cutting of the 640 mm wide strip. Control of the cutting length of the pancake strip is carried out by an electronic sensor.
The machine’s output is adjustable, depending on demand. The pancakes are fried without the use of sunflower oil.
