The pasteuriser is designed for the heat treatment of fruit juices, nectars, ciders, fruit compotes and other low-viscosity liquids, and features a built-in diesel burner. The pasteuriser is made of stainless steel. Heat exchange takes place via a coaxial pipe immersed in a tank of heated water, protecting the product from burning. Thanks to the automatic control system, it is possible to set the water temperature and monitor the temperature of the liquid at the outlet.

The pasteuriser deactivates most heat-sensitive bacteria, ensuring a longer shelf life for the liquid.  Juices or other liquids are heated to 80 degrees, which helps to preserve the colour and clarity of the product, whilst minimising the loss of natural flavour and aroma.  If the outlet temperature of the product is not required, a bypass circuit returns the product back into the heat exchanger. The unit is fitted with a pump featuring an EPDM rubber impeller, a diesel burner, a steel support platform and a control panel for setting the temperature.

  • EPDM impeller pump
  • Oil burner
  • Stainless steel support platform
