R4 Gravity Bottle Filler

The gravity-fed filler is made entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel and is suitable for filling food-grade liquids such as wine, juice, olive oil, beer and other liquids. Filling is carried out into glass bottles, and with the use of a special attachment, PET bottles can also be filled. It is fitted with filling heads that are fully adjustable and removable for quick and thorough cleaning. The machine is available in a benchtop version, on four adjustable legs, or as a trolley with four wheels. The level sensor is available in a mechanical version, made entirely of stainless steel, as well as in an electronic version, with a control panel for operating an external pump. All models are supplied with stainless steel valves, height-adjustable bottle holders and a level indicator.

Drain valve made from AISI 316.
Conical gaskets are used for filling. Maximum bottle neck diameter: 27 mm. Up to 40 mm on request. For diameters over 40 mm, flat gaskets are used.
Special filling heads for bottles with a neck diameter of up to 60 mm and a neck height of 120 mm are available on request.
Adjustable and tiltable bottle stand.
