AIRSUG — a Spagni bench-top pneumatic semi-automatic machine for corking bottles with uniform corks. It is a compact corking machine for small and medium-sized wineries and bottling plants, powered by compressed air.

How it works

Four stainless steel jaws compress the cork, whilst pneumatic actuators insert it into the bottle neck; the cycle takes approximately 3 seconds. The basic version is a tabletop model without a trolley: the cork hopper and trolley are ordered separately as optional extras. Unlike the electromechanical MAMMUT, the AIRSUG requires a compressor; it differs from the AIR RASO in that it is a tabletop model with the option to add a hopper and trolley.
