ICB ICBELT glazing machine for CHOCOTEMPER 12/24/Q30/Q40/Q50
Art.: CND-13004 ICBThe ICBELT chocolate glazing machine is specially designed to be used in conjunction with Chocotemper tempering machines (12, 24, Q30, Q40 and Q50) tempering machines, and is suitable for glazing chocolate sweets, bars, cakes and pralines; it is divided into three sections.
In the first zone, the loading zone, the user (operator) can easily and precisely position the product on the conveyor belt and, if necessary, stop the belt.
The central zone is the coating zone. The glazing process is carried out by means of a vibrating wire mesh to ensure an even coating of glaze, and an air blower that is adjustable for both height and airflow. The Chocotemper glazing belt allows the temperature of the air flow to be adjusted to melt any chocolate present on the glazing belt before glazing operations commence.
The third zone, the product exit zone, features a belt lined with paper. The glazed products simply need to be set aside to allow for complete crystallisation.
The three-section glazing conveyor, thanks to its stop function, allows a single operator to glaze products independently.
It is possible to purchase a nozzle for dispensing liquid chocolate directly onto the wire mesh, which allows only the lower part of the products to be glazed (for example, bars). It is also possible to upgrade the glazing table with a nozzle for partial coating of products.
