The BB12 semi-automatic filling machine is the ideal solution for small businesses with low production volumes of up to 5,000 Bag-in-Box units per year. It is designed for filling wine, juice, oil, and other liquids.

The machine is constructed entirely of stainless steel and features a removable, adjustable support surface. It has four adjustable legs for mounting on a support table (a stainless steel cart can be provided upon request). It does not require a pneumatic power supply (except for an optional vacuum system). The filling cycle is performed automatically: Start, Fill, Stop. The operator selects the format while monitoring the filling process on the display. The control panel controls the activation and deactivation of the external pump. The filler can be used with hot liquids.

The electronic control panel allows the device to be calibrated with a filling volume repeatability of ±5/10 mL (depending on the device used). The device is also designed with hygiene in mind: a fully closing valve is used for drip-free filling; residual liquids are drained from the tubes using easily opened sanitary clamp fittings; CIP cleaning of the circuit is performed using the tap included in the kit.

Thanks to the inclined and removable support surface, it is possible to fill rigid containers (PET, aluminum, glass) of both rectangular and round shapes.
