Spagni MVAC vacuum filler
The Spagni MVAC trolley-mounted vacuum filler is designed for glass bottles and vials with narrow necks. It has a built-in vacuum pump, so it does not require a separate vacuum source.
Principle of operation
A 230 V, 50 Hz dry reciprocating vacuum pump extracts air from the bottle, and the liquid is drawn in from the storage tank via the spout. The bottle rests on a spring in the centre; the outlet is central, and a stainless-steel anti-foam flow regulator prevents foaming. The liquid does not come into contact with the pump. Unlike the VAC with a Ø14 mm side outlet, the MVAC has thinner Ø7 mm spouts and is designed for a narrower neck.

Applications
