Spagni MIGNVAC vacuum filler
The Spagni MIGNVAC bench-top vacuum filler is designed for vials and small, narrow-necked bottles. It is used when it is necessary to carefully fill bottles with liqueurs, oils, perfumes or ink.
How it works
The vacuum pump extracts air from the vial, and the liquid is drawn into the container through the nozzle. When the liquid level reaches the end of the tube, the flow stops, and any foam and excess liquid are collected in a collection flask. The liquid does not come into contact with the pump. The Ø7 mm nozzles have a central drain; the operator holds the bottle by hand, whilst a stainless steel anti-foam flow regulator prevents foaming. It differs from the MVAC trolley-mounted version in that it is a benchtop model.

Applications
